How to Prepare for Your Remote Notarization Appointment

1. Book Your Time Slot

Secure your appointment with Domonique and email your document(s) to ddnotarylv@gmail.com.

2. Receive Confirmation & Secure Link

Your documents will be uploaded to a secure platform. You’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to access your virtual session.

3. Prepare for Your Appointment

Log in 5–10 minutes early to complete identity verification:

• Answer brief security questions

• Upload clear front and back images of your government-issued ID

4. Meet Domonique Virtually

You’ll be connected via secure video to complete the notarization. Domonique will guide you through each step with clarity and care.

5. Submit Payment

Payment is collected during the session via Zelle, Venmo, or Cash App. ($25 per notarized signature)

6. Receive Your Notarized Documents

Once payment is confirmed, your notarized documents will be emailed to you promptly.
